Breathing Exercise I

This week I wanted to share with you the breathing exercise that I lead players through on a daily basis. This particular exercise is fairly basic, but it’s also the exercise I use most commonly. In the future I will be sharing variations on this session that include different focuses, but I think it’s important to start by simply having players get to know their breath.

My hope for this post is that you are able use it at the beginning of practice as a transition away from the noise and distractions players deal with, or that you will be motivated to develop your own exercise using this as an outline. I hope you enjoy it!
